The bullet has a shock delivering mechanism. It embeds two probes into the victim's body and delivers a non lethal shock. It's just like a regular taser. But in the case of a regular taser gun, the cop must be near the victim to fire the probes. The shock generation mechanism is in the taser gun, which is in the cop's hands. The probes are connected by wiring to the taser gun which limits the range over which the gun can be used. |
