Lunesta is the worst sleep drug ever. (pg. 2)

Yep, drop the snacks after dinner to see if it makes any difference and while it's not the place really to discuss personal issues, if you've got some anxieties then try to work through them as best you can and get your head clear before sleeping. I used to get terrible anxieties over all sorts of things, some real, some fictitious, essentially I just used them to work myself into exhaustion and pass out :p

Maybe your huge consumption of benadryl is screwing things up.

I'll trust what my doctor is telling me over your speculations, thanks though :o

Yeah, I mean I don't really have these sorts of anxieties very often either (was the first thing my doctor asked too), but the snacking thing could be it on the head.

I can sometimes tend to eat a lot before bed. :(

Drop the evening meal back to about 6-7pm or so if you can, if you have to eat later on then maybe drop the size of the serving down and see how that works.

Thanks much for the advice, Lilith. :)

I've honestly just been so confused about what the issue is and I just want to sleep normally again.

First of all, you came on a message board and emptied a part of your life on the table to us. Second of all, you trusted your doctor and look where it got you. You're welcome. :)

What does that have to do with you the fact that you somehow feel making an assertion that is in direct opposition to how a doctor I've trusted my entire life has advised me would ever be remotely relevant to me?

And I took a sample, . Countless doctors use samples to figure out what the best medication to treat a patient is.

I'm sure the air is nice up there on your high horse, though.

Oh, and I never said "thank you" - but it is nice to see that you at least assume I would care.

Ah, I see what the real problem is. Maybe you should seek out some eastern medicines instead. ;)

You have a good day, Jim.

Seems as though you need someone to check out your ability to remember things as well. Wow, you really do need some help. Hope you are able to get the love, attention and care that you need RJT. Good luck! :)

This is the very definition of "trying to hard."

You just keep digging. :)

I'll eventually get to the bottom. :D

Oh, and it seems like you should find someone to help you with your spelling too. :p
