| Lunesta is a ing joke. Unless you can get your doctor to give you some Halcion (or even Xanax really) your best bet is Ambien. Unfortunately docs don't like to give benzos for sleep anymore now that the "non-habit forming" drugs like Ambien and Lunesta are out. |

| Hmmm, try more exercise than you usually do and drink Lavender tea before going to bed. That usually works for me. |

I like how this thread started out as a simple rant from RJT, nothing more, and then it turned into everyone tellng RJT all the secrets of deep slumber. :p
P.S. - RJT, you should do a combination of everything everyone has posted thus far, every night before you sleep. |
