LOL dood hi5.......Love it when people do i used to do when i was kid......well talking to a lawyer would be a good start get an opinon and i guess depending on your age if you can use words like "I was drunk".. and stuff.

Good luck still......

I had three charges Laid against me:-

1)Possesion of weapons dangerous

2)Pointing a fire arm

3)Mischief

I got pulled over and me and my friends during 1st year college days were fooling around with a toy gun in which you put that red caps and that makes the shot noise only......All three charges were dropped without me having to go to court, thats just because i had a good record during high school and early college.

the thing is I have told the police that i was not drunk( apparantly it works out better to say that in court) when i actually was VERY drunk.
so I can't change my words now, but if things get nasty in court im gonna say i LIED becuase i was scared of being guilty and all that . Hopfully the judge will love this...and he let me go? O.o

im going to talk to a soliciter tomorow. the only thing im worried about is getting the damn criminal record, then my life will be ruined....i wont be able to get a morgage(sp?) to buy a house...and wont be able to get finance and stuff....

Make sure you tell the lawyer everything each single detail and .....and ask him the pros and cons of pretending to be drunk @ that time and ......How i see it .......Prolly you will have to pay some sort of fine and stuff.

Honestly noone can save your ass, except a lawyer.

Good Luck.......Update this thread when everything is solved and you come out of jail and how you met your bf in jail.(jks);)

FULL STORY, NOW.

I went once due to not having proof of insurance. I was insured but, I had the incorrect paper in my car and it showed an expired date. On my court date I went into the court room, which was completely empty, and the judge asked me what my plea was. I shat right on the spot because I was so scared and then I ran from the courtroom. I'm actually posting this reply from jail. :(

Not really. The guy was a ing little punk weasel. It was more intense being chased down by him the year previous. The evidence my friends and I had against him is what put him in jail.

get a solicitor. you're in the uk and if you havent done a thing wrong before, you should be able to get it paid for you (forgotten what this is called).

if you're going to court ill assume youve been officially charged by the police. that means that they obviously have significant evidence to believe you committed the crime. you also mention there are witnessess... if there are they will have put in a statement to the police about the incident.. your solicitor will be able to get a hold of these for you.

what nightclub did this occur in, how bad was the damage? cost?

chances are if this is your first offence you will be given a complete or condtiional discharge meaning you only have to declare it for x amount of time (doubt it would be more than a year for criminal damage).

just remember, although what you did was wrong.. what you did wasnt violent, sexual, dishonest crime.. just drunk and stupid.

i wouldnnt worry to much mate!

but for heaven sake, get a solicitor!!!
