I don't really like alcohol and especially not wine, but in my previous relationship whenever my gf drank a sip of wine, I would kiss her and she would pass some of her wine into my mouth. LOL yeah, I know, backwash, but it changed the flavour of the wine (obviously less concentrated now with saliva in it :p) and I enjoyed it!
