Have you guys heard about this?
In case you don't know, Sound Factory is an NYC club. I hear from an NYC native that SF Miami will be proper... multiple floors, Dynacord sound, terrace.
It certainly can't hurt to have another mega club in Miami, especially after the loss of Twilo. You guys are so lucky down there. Will this one last? |

| Hell yea. Hope the floors are themed for dancing and not a mansion look a like. Pacha should set up a place or ministry of sound - Miami. Be sweet |

MIAMI-Sound Factory, which operated a nightclub on 46th Street in Manhattan, has exited the Big Apple and taken a lease for 27,500 sf at 1025 N. Miami Ave. The building owner is a partnership headed by locally based Gil Terem.
Richard Grant, Sound Factory’s owner, says the lease is for a 20-year term and the opening rental rate is $17 per sf. The four-story building will have different styles of music on each floor and live shows. There will be a VIP lounge on the rooftop. Grant says occupancy allows for 483 people at a time on each floor so total occupancy can be about 2,000 people at a time.
Locally based Max Strang Architecture is designing the club. Strang says, “the look will honor the industrial esthetic of this rather ‘edgy’ neighborhood.” The building will have high-tech sound and light systems with 120,000 watts of power. “This building will pulse.”
The location is in the heart of Miami’s entertainment district. “Miami has a perfect demographic, more suitable for us than New York,” Grant tells GlobeSt.com. He says he also plans to open Sound Factory nightclubs in London and Tokyo. |

| Be sweet if they had a balcony type of thing on one of the floors looking below like pacha NY. So its like 2 floors share the same sound. |
