right i know what ur saying. but for 's sake he is a cop. they go through training on how to apply force, shoot a weapon, etc... shooting someone in the eye? regardless if it was an accident(how the do u accidentally taser someone in teh eye??) or not, those guys are paid to protect and are trained to do so. so thats where a lawsuit comes in...

regarding lawsuits for absurd liek hair in food, etc. obviously thats stupid but money talks esp. in US

Maybe he couldn't tell his ass from his face. I know a few people like that.

Elendil
Maybe he just tried the evil eye stare down?

he deserved getting tasered... anyone who is not listening to the cops and resists and fights back and what not deserves to.. in my opinion.. as far as the eye part.. meh .. they just missed his chest its not easy to aim with those .. they shoot up to 35 feet (the police ones) and its pretty much hit or miss.

id love to have one... way better to keep under your bed then a bb gun .. but the ones available to the public only shoot UP to 15 feet.. which is nothing
