i had some stuff from there recently. didnt get the hallucinogenic things but i also didnt drink a lot. |

You dissolve a sugar cube, held in a spoon, into the absinthe when pouring in the water. |

melt sugar on top with spoon then drop it in and skull
im banned from ever drinking this again from my liver..

or you can do it this way
Pour a shot of absinthe into drip glass or old fashioned cocktail glass. Dip a teaspoon of sugar into absinthe until soaked. Light the teaspoon and then stir caramelizing sugar into absinthe, then lighting the glass. Extinguish glass by topping off with chilled water. |

It's legit but it's not real absinthe. There are 3 (4?) imitations which can legally be sold.
I doubt the US is selling real Absinthe.
EDIT - Seems like they are actually starting to sell the real thing again around the world now, just with stringent production guidelines. Well there you go :wtf: |

that didnt even have the hallucinogenic ingredient that im aware of. toju or whatever it says in that article. or at least thats the impression im getting. |
