| I'll admit I've heard much talk about this Ron Paul character but not much concrete info on what his policies are. Care to expand a little? I'm intrigued :) |

I don't see these two as positives. Allowing the free use of guns, and banning abortions? Massive negatives in my opinion.
Otherwise, looks ok. Still doesn't give me a good overview though, more a quick list to see his apparent positives. |

Lack of federal restriction on gun ownership does not mean free use of guns. Individual states still have their respective gun ownership/use laws.
Ron Paul seems to be big on Constitutional details. One of the big debates concerning Roe v. Wade wasn't pro/anti-abortion. (I don't fully understand the argument, but I THINK it hovers around how abortion law was a result of the judgement rather than a vote... to put it simply.) At any rate, he says "Roe was wrongly decided because abortion simply is not a constitutional issue... ...Under the 9th and 10th amendments, all authority over matters not specifically addressed in the Constitution remains with state legislatures."
Space Marine... please chill out a bit. If we're on stage with America let's try and represent it a bit better. The grass may be greener, but not when LA's grass is going up in flames.:D I'd be buying (forgot)'s JP8080 if it didn't translate from 350(british pounds) to $725. :whip: So, Sushipunk's stab isn't off at all.:) |
