I have a bag of swish shalet home style gravy mix laying around somewhere, so im gonna have to attempt my own home made poutine one of the days this week. Pictures might follow, if i dont forget.
So, the fries... is it ok if i use some of those froozen fries and bake them in the oven??? or is it best to deep fry ? |

um... if you're female, you definitely don't want to compare yourself to poutine when you're in Quebec, i.e. "Une plote poutine - une plote fourée de sauce brune et fromage" |

Every time I'm in MTL I eat there and order 2-cheese dog and a lare poutine. They have 20+ poutines on the menu. |
