Sorry, should have made it more clear, remixing pop songs and his latest album is almost pop mainstream, so that's why he is selling out (in my books)
my main point is if Tiesto would make a remix of Britney Spears everyone would write a 5 page essay on why he sucks, im amazed that nobody seems to care that PVD's style has changed completely to a reallllly mainstream sound, and nobody gives a |

exactly, cause thats what the EDM scene is about, or at least hold some degree of it, cause if not i'll go to a Spear's concert instead of PVD or any other DJ

| in my op. ppl like to hate popular peeps or the status quo.. once the person gets popular and everybody all the way to newbs start liking them its like i cant like them.. and start to point out their flaws and just run off those in arguments.. its like i have to be a minority and like so and so who is semi popular that newbs dont know about:B stuck up syndrome |

| I don't care what other people think. I like almost every DJ around house/trance no matter how progressive it sounds, it just depends on my mood on what I want to listen to. It makes me happy that trance is becoming more mainstream. Only music that really cuts my ears and makes me wanna laugh at it is like Happy Hardcore, and really "Plastikman" and "Richie Hawtin" cause they are way too progressive... and just not appealing to way too much and you have to be on tons of toxins to listen to that. |
