ing BC never gets snow... especially the island. :( sigh. I can't wait till i move out there...

A snow day as in, I checked my college's website and my teacher posted an announcement saying class was canceled. :)

i'm still at work. it's ok though coz I spent most of the day on fb and staring out the window watching the snow fall. first time i've seen snow like that!

If they give it to you, then it doesn't count. If you call in and say " too much snow on the ground I can't make it" they either give you the benefit of the doubt, or count it as a sick day. If that's that case, the sick day, each business has it's own policy as to what you can take off.
