Good and Bad Vocalists.

This thread will be SOOOO negative, lol.

Anyway, I have to vent about this one - Rachael Starr. What idiot decided to put a microphone in her hands? That bitch cannot sing, I'm sorry. I had some skepticism after 'Till There Was You', the G&D remix made it ok. But this 'Crash' tune is pure murder.

"Run aaawwwwwwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy nnnnoooowwwwwwwwww!" (PUKE)

Feel free to chip in. Whose other voices can't you stand?
montana
Maria Naylor, hate her vocals with a passion.
Sam Obernik, really really really annoying voice.
edit:
Elles de Graaf, sound whiny & dreadful, she's terrible

+1 on Rachael Starr
Molly Bancroft
Elles de Graaf
BT (seriously stop singing)
Redd
ben woods

edit: I'll just edit this, because I don't have any knowledge about singing, and I just hate the vocals in jump the next train. He might not be a terrible vocalist :)

I can't stand most of these "let's make an appointment and i will sing some shallow nonsense with a breathy voice on top of your cheesy trance track"-singers. Every day there is a new track released with -insert producer- feat -insert singer-. They're shallow and soulless and they don't sound that great either.
Mr.Mystery
Jes
Anita Kelsey
Justine Suissa
Tiff Lacey
...and a ton of other faceless birds that I don't want to remember.

Basically any rent-a-vocal.

+1! Holy crap how can I forget this one. 'Mind of the Wonderful' was a headache every time.

I think she's even worse singing on "From Dark to Light", which is quite a feat
montana
Justine Suissa was great on Autumn Tactics and then it all went down the hill.
Anita Kelsey was ok when she was doing vocals in house & uk garage stuff in the 90's. it went down the hill for her aswell.

Kirsty Hawkshaw, she is a great vocalist but when she is used wrong it just goes really wrong. 'angels & unicorns dancing in a field'-type of wrong.

Whoever sings "The Sound of Goodbye." It's actually not the singing itself it's the lyrics. The song haunts my dreams. :nervous: :nervous: :nervous:
