what a freaking idiot.... a huge benefit for AIDS research lost tonnes of money due to his stupiditiy...
though I admit, I found it kinda funny, because the dude was so stupid about it

I heard about this driving home from work today, two teachers and one student were suspended. TWO TEACHERS. What retard of a teacher thought this was a good idea? And legal for that matter? wtf mate.

My friend was one of the photographers at the AIDS charity event and he's still pretty shaken up from it, I laughed at him and told him how many bomb scares we get at Pearson Airport, anyways here's a couple pictures that he captured from the event before the bomb scare. Pretty nice decorations, they basically had to throw away all the food, and recork all the wine and what not.

It has been brought to our attention that a student of the Ontario College of Art & Design (OCAD) may have been involved in an incident that occurred at the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) last evening in which a bomb threat hoax caused the evacuation of the building and the cancellation of a major fundraising event by the Canadian Foundation for Aids Research (CANFAR).
This incident at the ROM was totally unacceptable and is in no way condoned by OCAD. The university has taken this matter very seriously and is conducting a full and thorough investigation in cooperation with the police. The incident at the ROM was not part of any OCAD assignment or course. The student involved has been suspended from the university.
The faculty involved have been fully cooperative and have been suspended with pay pending the outcome of the investigation.
On learning of the possible involvement of an OCAD student in the ROM incident, the President of OCAD, Sara Diamond, immediately contacted both the ROM and CANFAR to express OCAD’s deep concern and offer apologies on behalf of the institution.
i gotta admit that the thing looks pretty cool.

if you click on the you tube website, then click on the user name of the guy (who is the guy who pulled the stunt, and uploaded the video).... his favorite videos are tagged... alot are bomb/ terrorist attacks (london tube/ wtc etc....) kinda creepy...link to his personal youtube page:

this turd, who thinks he's "creating art", really just caused a lot of people a fair amount of stress and expense through his inexcusable lack of foresight...and there should be some real consequences for him because of it.
