When we were heading out at the end of the night I checked the mainfloor dj booth for any coats etc. and I only saw two coats which I brought to Jay and Mere...hopefully it turns up at the venue!
I know this is a little late but had an amazing time on Friday night (despite running around like a nut for the first 30-45 mins). It was sooo great seeing all of you guys out and having a good time! You guys are the best and the reason we throw parties, seriously! It was nice to finally meet some TAs for the first time (rizo, Seb etc.)!!

good tracks there, I caught some of your set and enjoyed, esp when you dropped accadia-into the dawn, which is a nice choice of a classic to pick out to play, haven't heard that track in a while. too bad I couldn't catch any of hai lee's set or big mike's either, I was mostly in the main room-too many good things going on that night! I'd definitely come out to watch you guys play when there isn't andy moor or CL in the next room! :) |

Ok, finally back in Miami!
First time seeing Moor and Lawrence and can I just say WOW! :crazy: Andy was very trancey and Lawrence was very dancey! Great night all in all!

alright, better late then never. i've been looking forward to this night for a couple of months now and was not disappointed by anyone that night.
Showed up around 10:30ish with Z and (lol at this) told the guy at the door my bf was djing that night, had the phone out to call jay to find out list details and everything and the dude was just like sure sure go in this door and just let z and I in (guess I need to use that line more :p) showed up to tons of ta's and even more drinks lined up on the bar for me. open bar was no joke on friday. at one point wai came running over and saying open bar's going to end in 2 minutes we need to get drinks. so we turn to the bartender to find out open bar is going another hour. so we camped out and made good use of it. after I drank more then I should have :) i headed into the main room to hear andy moor's set and really enjoyed it. had the crowd and me moving. from what I saw he seemed to be all smiles and having a good time but i wasn't there for the whole set. after andy I stayed in the side room for the rest of the night, was really looking forward to the eco/hai lee/jay line up and they didn't disappoint. after a few technical difficulties jay was up and running and spun a great set although it was cut short. to see him up there was huge for me and I really enjoyed FINALLY hearing the set spun in a room bigger then my living room :)
overall it was just one of those nights that core seems to make happen over and over again. great friends, GREAT music and GREAT memories. til tyas :)

If anyone can do it, he can :) So bonus would be if all my stuff wound up in my coat pocket, but I'm not holding my breath. What an adventure tho, lol. I wound up having to go to LI and get a notarized letter from my Grandma saying that I was authorized to get the car, lol. omg. So I finally have the presence of mind to be able to speak and think... I'm about to go out to dinner and when I get back I'll post a somewhat coherent review. And when I get home I actually have a few pics that I took before I lost my mind :tongue3 :eyespop: :crazy: :toothless :D :p
