no snow in Northeastern Oklahoma yet. Last year we had a horrible ice storm. Trees freezing up and falling apart eveywhere you looked. I've never seen anything like it before and I'm pretty used to harsh cold winters. witnessed a blizzard once too, quite scary.

I woke up this morning and saw it outside of my queens apartment and wasn't sure how to take it. I think your pics (very nice btw) put a very positive spin on it. Time to break out my badassed winter boots!

And time to snowboard! How do people snowboard down their front lawns in queens without any front lawns? Ugh... I'll have to drive out to the island and find some nice hills before the rest of this melts away.

witnessed the blizzard in carlisle PA actually... when I was a kid. I was about 10 years old at the time. me and my mom were stuck in a hotel for like three days.
Never been to Canada, heard ithe snow gets real bad near the great lakes.

the ice broke my windsheild wipers, and i had to drive on the 407 for 40 mins looking through a little peak hole in the rain. i dont care for winter anymore.
