i think the definition there doesn't clarify it correctly; it happens when a girl is teasing a guy in certain ways and gets the guy rather excited, then she abruptly stops and leaves him hanging.
i don't know exactly what it is... it's something to do with the guy's nuts getting ready to shoot out the load, and the load was never shot. |

false, they just don't turn bright in blue or anything. i mean think about it, it makes sense. you get really turned on, increased blood flow to the balls and dick. blood under the skin looks bluish as it hasn't been exposed to oxygen.

| it IS a myth. "blue balls" is just a colloquialism for the discomfort a male feels if aroused for long periods of time without release. there is no change in colour to the balls. |
