HEY Jazz....another question

At first glance I though this festival would be horrendous but you have slowly convinced me otherwise.
If youre right and there is a separate tent for the DJ's and we still have access to the pit, then $45 is a steal of a deal.

So my question is...Why is ticketmaster charging $8.75 service charge per ticket along with a $3.75 building fee?????? Hold on, not done yet. Then there is the $3 order fee!!! WTF
Does this always happen , or am I really seeing this???

So in reality people, there is no $45 dollar ticket!!!!
The true price of the cheapest seat in the house is as follows:

Lawn seat(pray to god it doesnt rain) $46
Service Charge $8.75
Building Facility Charge $3.75
Order Processing $3.00

Total $61.50

So there you have it.
Now, what you guys have to do is come up with the best "PRICELESS" slogan you can for the following
ps. I will base my decision on whether or not to attend on your creativeness!!!!!!!

HERE IT IS
Lawn seat(pray to god it doesnt rain) $46
Service Charge $8.75
Building Facility Charge $3.75
Order Processing $3.00

YOUR LINE HERE........................PRICELESS

I believe this game deserves its own thread, but im sure many will disagree. Have fun

well i must say having a tented open area for the dj's sounds cool.. YES, i shouldn't speak so much before knowing all the facts!

From $46 ticket (as advertised) all the way up to $61.50?! Holy , TicketMaster has really outdone itself on this one...

But in any case, I am getting me a ticket, even at $60 it's a good deal...

LOL, not trying to convince people to go, just giving them all the information so they can make an informed decision... but yeah, you're right! the service charges are NUTS! but that's ticketbastard for you...

the $8.75 is ticketmasters charge, the $3.75 goes to the molson amphitheatre, the other $3 fee is if you order off the internet... so you can avoid that $3 fee by buying your tix at a ticketmaster outlet...

so in total you're looking at $58.50 per ticket... still not bad to see: Tiesto, Cox, Digweed, Moby, David Bowie, etc.

BUT, im waiting until I see a confirmed toronto line-up before buying my ticket...

They won't be taking out the seats... ticketmaster is selling specific seat locations for this concert...

Now thats just plain stupid. Are we supposed to SIT and WATCH the DJs spin? I know i'd want to get up and dance without hitting my knees on the back of someones chair.

Well I thought about it REALLY hard and now I've decided not to go

1) TOO COMMERCIAL !!!
2) TOO EXPENSIVE !!!
3) No where to dance ... due to the venue
4) Day time parties are wacked

I hope Tiesto will apear in the WEMF line up somehow.

I totally agree with you!!! I don't care if I miss that event cuz hopefully I would have partied my ass off at WEMF that I'll be in the recovery room that day!!!

Very strange - we move our date for the first time in eight years and they just happen to be the same weekend again? They must have my phone tapped - hehe - maybe not... anyways, its the day after WEMF so I guess that just means one REALLY long weekend - if you have anything left after WEMF, that is! (Did I mention we have decided to add a Sunday schedule this year? Surprise - NO SLEEP THIS YEAR!)

From a pure personal view, I really think the docks was a better venue for this - the concert outside is fine, but a tent is gonna be bright no matter what... it doesn't block any light... at least the club at the docks was dark during the day!

Maybe after three full days at WEMF people will appreciate sitting in seats after all!

OS Out.

I just want to see TIESTO spin nothing else

but 61 bucks and 2pm that's

I hope he spin @ the Kool Haus or the Guv on the same weekend or something like that it would just be much better

I myself don't know if I will go the price is a bit high, and yes last year a lot of people didn't get in to see Oakenfold, will this be the same thing this year? Beware people, I myself don't know,
does anyone know the capacity of people that can fit into this event????:conf:
