That was short lived. I still love the whole "You can't put cake on floor" thing... but otherwise, he really isn't that funny. He just goes on random tangents about the stupidest . Meh.
I am now watching some of Kathy Griffins things. She is ok. Ellen Degeneres has her funny moments too.

I like the way Clovis put it, "It's like he's in your living room just talking to you". And he HAPPENS to be absolutely hilarious.
I didn't imply that he wrote all of his skit material, I just said his skits are better than his stand-ups.
But I still think Joe's stand-up is more insightful than Dave's. Dave's stand-up routine's are hardly philosophical or complex. His skits on the other hand? Brilliant social commentary.
It's like the way Carlos Mencia's stand-up routines rock...while his skits blow. It's rare (if not impossible) that one comedian is good at both.
