| What up Duders. I am looking for some recommendations for a nice little restaurant for NYE downtown. I would like to take the misses out to a cool little spot and probably should make reservations very soon. All types of food are ok, priced in the middle range, not expensive but not Ponderosa cheap. Thanks in advance. |

Any particular style of food you're interested in?
Also, most hot spots will probably have reservations filled weeks ago. |

Yeah I kind of figured that a lot of them would be booked up but it wouldn’t hurt to try. I am down with Sushi, Italian, American, Chinese and Japanese.
Sushi is probably on the top of that list personally. I went to place downtown a few block away from Michigan Ave. but I cannot remember the name of it, it was pretty good.
It really doesn’t matter so much at this point because I know I can’t be too particular. Any place with a nice vibe, service and food is cool with me.
Also the spot doesn't have to be downtown but I would prefer it. |

If you're looking for awesome Sushi and don't have anything against going out in Wicker Park I would recommend BlueFin.
