Downtown Restaurants 4 NYE

What up Duders. I am looking for some recommendations for a nice little restaurant for NYE downtown. I would like to take the misses out to a cool little spot and probably should make reservations very soon. All types of food are ok, priced in the middle range, not expensive but not Ponderosa cheap. Thanks in advance.

Any particular style of food you're interested in?

Also, most hot spots will probably have reservations filled weeks ago.

Yeah I kind of figured that a lot of them would be booked up but it wouldn’t hurt to try. I am down with Sushi, Italian, American, Chinese and Japanese.

Sushi is probably on the top of that list personally. I went to place downtown a few block away from Michigan Ave. but I cannot remember the name of it, it was pretty good.

It really doesn’t matter so much at this point because I know I can’t be too particular. Any place with a nice vibe, service and food is cool with me.

Also the spot doesn't have to be downtown but I would prefer it.

If you're looking for awesome Sushi and don't have anything against going out in Wicker Park I would recommend BlueFin.
