All right everyone. I am trying to reach out, and connect with all the local djs, and help bring someone to the spotlight. I thought of this idea, and I really want to open the doors, and see who is out there for local djs. If you live in CT, MA, RI or NY, and you think you got what it takes, please click the banner below, and follow the instructions.
This contest will end Jan. 13th. Winners will receive there dj mix played on my massive radio show BUZZ on WKSS Kiss 95.7, a free photo shoot with the best photographer in the north east Mikey McNulty, and the grand prize will be opening up the main room for me, Randy Boyer at the hottest EDM spot in CT Room 960.
It's going to be a massive night; we have CT lasers in the house as well! Click the banner for all the details.

Nice one Randy, haven't seen a local dj competition thread on here in a while.
FYI, for those who remember, I won the first unofficial NYTA DJ competition in 2001 (with a progressive house mix, gotta love it).

hahaha, man... I've been trying to find a reason to bring that competition back to light (it was huge for me back then), I finally found my opportunity and couldn't pass it up. :)

Thanks for hitting the threads Jason and everyone else. I will be judging the contestants. It's based on a few things, mix, dj, talent & personality.
