Yea but errr....it's a TV series and without watching the previous seasons you would have no idea what's happening. It's not even a movie anyway, just a TV special to explain what happened during that time and set up (fill in the MASSIVE gap) for the final season.
PS. Guess who the last cylon is ;) |

i feel for the people that can't see BSG's special place in mature fantasy. BSG is art, from its camera work to its narrative, this is the best example of the "novel for television" format i am yet to see. season 3 is a bit meh though, but after seeing the film im willing to forgive their lack of plot in favour of characterisation for the time being.
tv series' dont get grittier than this :) |

yeah, id prefer a little more, but all good books must deliver their final chapter ;) the last thing you want is some serialised bull being trotted out every year til they die slowly and sadly in the pit of despair.

that's the way! why not steal the greatest creation in scifi tv history? we certainly don't want them to have the cash to maintain the exceptional quality. that would suck! |
