Read a book called "the multi-orgasmic man" - i think its by mantak chia. Its about Taoist sexual practices (a Chinese version of tantric sex).
It is more concerned with meditation, breathing techniques etc, rather than positions. If you practice these methods correctly you will be able to orgasm without ejaculating.
