| the world is pretty overpopulated and sometimes i wonder if the earth tries to purge itself a bit. dont' you notice there are alwasy huge natural disasters in way overpopulated areas. i say we restrict some countries on having kids because they have reached their quota |

now if there was a way to genetically detect the IQ in the first trimester of a pregnancy that would be pretty effective.
of course the whole abortion issue would dominate the government/public circle.

maybe so but all im getting too is this with the hitler thing, its a very old saying which i stand by: belive nothing of what you hear and only half of what you see. (ps your school text books id say falls into that believe nothing of what you hear part)
remember history is recorded action, what the does it know about motive, it is supposed to record fact and action,everything else is just speculative on the author or whoever recorded it.
we dont take the bible at face value i dont see why we should take anything else as well. The frame of mind we should come from is "I wasnt there so anything is possible" |

I would say I totally agree....if you start off with all the starving aids kids in africa I think that should solve a good portion of the population problem. |

perhaps IQ was the wrong thing to say...maybe...just educated? i don't mean like PhD educated....just...knowing allllllllllllllllll the aspects of having a kid...proper diet, exercise (lol, exercise and proper diet, lol), knowing how to discipline them, interacting with them, etc...so you'd have to have some kind of parenting class to pass.
and i'm sure there are plenty of single mothers/fathers that could do it on their own too. i'm not saying that it has to be the typical mother/father/2.4 kid household.
i just wish people made good decisions about extending thier family. |

how about all the people with aids in china and russia? they have some of the fastest rates of contracting aids from what i've heard plus africa is underpopulated in relation to its size. |
