what do you eat (traditionally) for new years?


here in central PA we all about that pork & saurkraut but i know down in LA some people spoon that bananas foster heavy in their pie holes... (or so i've heard)

among other things, the most delicious stuffing i've ever had, it was a sage apple sausage stuffing. turns out though that supermarkets only carry sage sausage aroudn thanksgiving

Fried buns with raisins (usually topped with powdersugar)

They are fabricated and consumed only the days before and after New Year in The Netherlands..
