I'm surprised this hasn't gotten purchased yet. I know if I won the lottery or something, I definately would buy it. 1.5 million for 57 acres isn't that much. I would make it my house, it would be awesome.

But the seller might be the most random ebay seller around. Pair of shoes...gardening book...paintball hopper...missile base.
