Cut to scene a week later where cray dude dressed in a thousand glow sticks reeks havok at your local battered women's shelter.

a friend once told me that he knew a friend who knew somewhere online where you could buy battery powered glowsticks, for 80p (£0.8)

they had detachable sticks so you could also use them as photon lights.

ebay sells blue ones, not sure about other colours.

never used glowsticks or any sort of light product in clubs myself, mind.

You can also use old or used glowsticks and cut holes near the base and stick photons inside if you happen to have both. Comes in handy on those "sure, ill take one..." nights that tend to happen now and again. :p

LED sticks are generally if used for glowsticking. Balance is way off. And they usually break easier than regular glowsticks, so even stringers will stay away from them. But then again, it all depends on how the OP plans on using them.

Most people just want something bright and shiney to start waving around once they start feeling the PLUR.

no my friend told me they work really well. because they're light you can flick them around easily. and they are tuff 'nuff. u can even throw 'em up in the air and give them a keep-up with your knee. apparently.
