Well, I did that: I'd rather see my sister with a guy I trust than with some random guy I don't know whether to trust :)

women get all freaked about turning milestone ages like 30. chances are she'll be all like, "omg i'm old and fat and i need chocolate".
so something that she can feel good about herself with. dayspa messages, mud baths, full body whatevers. find out her favorite perfume, get some of that.
