How about a gift card to some store she really likes?
Or why don't you throw her a surprise b-day at a bar or something. Girls love surprises.
Feb 1st is right around the corner, but perhaps you can get some people to help you plan. Get her friends in on it too. Try to invite as many people as possible that she knows and have them all at a bar or something. |

and loves to keep bags and reuse them..
