He's just as good now as he was years ago when he played FTWK Wednesdays.

To be fair, he's got an entirely different sound than back then. I can see why a lot of old fans are disappointed...he's made the biggest departure IMO.

Jamie, I can't see you liking Carola now at all - 2002, definitely, but not 2008.

lol lame cheap shot, I expected better Andrew. :p

(and ps. that night bombed for a hundred reasons, not just because of the weather lol)

Andrew, you and I should have some sort of musical jeopardy-esque challenge as best to settle this duel...

punchy!

Found an older set a few days ago. Not the best quality, but it will at least help with comparison.

Christ... For the record: I'm NOT comparing!!!

His "sound" has changed, yes - so has every other major DJ vs. 2001. Sounds evolve, period. Duh.

He's played in Toronto a bunch of times over the last decade and he has always been a good DJ.

Dude, don't worry.

Just put the set up, because its always enlightening to see where a DJ or artist, or any performer came from. A history lesson is always good.

Very nice!

After Sarah's comments to me, I'm very eager to hear his older sets, and see what I think of his sound then, vs. all those recent ones posted by Graham!

Big time "merci" Bobby. :D
