Actually, I knew about the kelvin thing, but didn't know about that coincidence regarding celsius and fahrenheit.
Probably because I just got used to doing the math every time I had to convert from a unit to another :p

Right now in Eden Prairie, Minnesota (Suburbia Minneapolis). -19C/-3F Feels like -28C/-18F with the wind chill. Although cold, it's atleast a semi-sunny day out today. I've been living in too much overcast recently so that's nice.

I hated Minneapolis' weather. It looks all happy and sunny outside, then you step out and go "ahhh, this is cold, but it doesn't feel THAT bad". Minutes later you are found in a ditch dead with icesicles coming out of your nose.

i feel for you makija.. i checked the weather network this morning and i do recall seeing winnipeg hit a low of -43 or so with the windchill.. so i believe you and i hope all the homeless find shelter tonight!

yeah they made some organization salom mission which has about 130 beds an such an they take care of them at situation like this and yes they said tomorrow morning will be 46 so if that happens oh noes ! i shall move away ;)
