Girl, I feel the same, but I was a lot more naive back then. If I actually compare the place now to then... it has picked itself up.
Take the lighting for example, the place is still dark, but MUCH brighter.
The bouncers are definitely a lot better, although I miss the husky asian man with the long pony tail. He was legit.... and he made me feel safe. He didn't around, he played by the books.
The comfort zone sign in the back is new and brightens the place up a bit too.
The coatcheck is a lot less sketch as well. I remember when the coatcheck girl's eyes were always poppin outta her head and she was on the verge of either freaking out or puking....
The new guy seems sober... all the time..

You know what!
The first time I was ever at Comfort Zone was this past Halloween! Tanya found me at Andy's Pool hall and apparently my friends had ditched me so she took me there. I don't remember a god damn thing.
All I remember is being told that "Hey this person almost got you kicked out" I don't even remember who told me? Apparently I was shaking the DJ Booth and Fab was about to kick my ass lol. The bouncer was going to kick me out but he apparently let me stay? Knowing my condition if I was that bouncer I would have done the right thing and kicked me out hahaha...
Man I wish I could remember anything, I don't even remember how I got home :S
I still can't remember anything... F***! |
