Armand traore (never played an EPL game) just turned 18
Justin Hoyte (played about 5 epl games, about 19 years old
Inexperience killed us
did u hear me say they lost it on purpose?
Im cursing they lost, but we got beaten by a better team with more depth, which is woorrying come the end of the season.
PS: we are still 8 pts up on chelsea and have spent about 200 million less than them, so i guess we are doing something right :) |
lol at the defensiveness, I was having a subtle dig at your comments you'd made a while back about the loss in the carling cup ;)
nah that's good that Arsenal is 8 points ahead, the pressure is on harder now for the club to HOLD that lead and maintain some composure. On the other hand, it doesn't matter if Chelsea finish 3rd or 2nd, the real test is what Avram can do come start of next season. then it'll really be a test of his credentials and how he has gelled with the team.
I can see this season neck and neck Man U and Arsenal....chelsea 3rd |

agreed
and i hope liverpool dont finish 4th, they really dont deserve it, id like to see everton, man city or villa get 4th they are all playing above themselves |

come on man u! no giggs, scholes, ronaldo or hargraeves - thats our whole midfield right there.
anderson and nani will replace scholes and giggs when they retire - no dramas at all. :D
champions league this week...arsenal v milan, man u v lyon
who you guys got pana? |

| Olympiakos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
|

bingo! It's going to be a quality game I hope, olympiakos may cause an upset:crazy: I think the game is on @ 5:45am (our time) so I don't think I'll be watching it live...lol
well man u and arsenal are also playing teams at the top of their domestic table, this could get interesting guys. I'm sweating just the thought of it all. I'd be worried about AC Milan(ronaldo is out with a ankle injury) giving Arsenal a shake up. Man U should beat Lyon, dunno if it'll be easy but should be able to take it home.
it's heating up!!! |

so the ffa doesn't want any epl games to be played here. i thought that would be pretty cool, i thought a lot of players and fans here would enjoy that but apparently it would get in the way of the a-league too much...

It's all politics and if they just agree to the EPL spreading then there could be massive problems.
First of all, UEFA and FIFA don't agree to the EPL proposal so who gives a what the FFA or Asian Conf thinks. I can't believe the EPL had the audacity to say that they don't need to ask anyone for permission. Err....what exactly are UEFA and FIFA here for then? Morons
Would be nice to see an EPL game here but there's just way too many obstacles to make it happen. |

| at the end of the day money talks, organisations that claim to have muscle, when it comes to one of the biggest $$$ grossing leagues on the planet, are on acid. If they are prepared to invest big $$ in exporting the league, fine....I win, I'll enjoy watching the games....couldn't care how the A-league or any other federation is effected....just bring the game here you cvnts! |
