Embarrassing. And now it's on the internet for everyone to see, for the rest of his life...and the rest of his children's lives, and their children's lives, etc., etc...:stongue:
lol@Oakie-wrecks. Every once in a great while, he'll still have one of those sets that makes you say; "Aaahh...THAT is why he became so famous!" But he has to want them. And most of the time these days, he doesn't want them.
But what I can't take more than anything is his "Rock Star" belief in himself. His arrogance oozes off stage like putrid-smelling slime. But then he s up and doesn't care about the audience. He plays so many of his own songs throughout his set to the point where you want to vomit, it's so self-serving and smug. And when he's weird, he's just plain WEIRD! Like the time I saw him in Vegas at Ice. He was WAY ed up on something and between mixing, he'd turn around and run his hands all over the wall behind the DJ booth, where some sort of light pattern was being projected on the wall. I don't know if he thought he was seeing things, or if he was trying to act "cool" in some warped kind of way that made sense to him, but whatever he was up to, it came off like one big FREAK SHOW!
Other than that, I've seen DJ's like Tiesto and Scot Project and others do things like letting records run out, and attempting to cover up their mistake by talking on mike, or blasting air-horns, or putting their hands in the air, etc...all as if to say; "Yah, I totally meant to take a break here", lol.

neither of these 2 cases was it the DJ fault but the venue/promoter.

Paolo Mojo texting on his cell phone for his entire set in Sacramento. Not with his back turned but facing the crowd looking down at his cell phone for an hour. :wtf:
I blame Sacramento. :whip:

+ 1 and 2 on that. There have been others but can't remember who, usually try to forget them after we exit the club.
