| Considering flights are now about $200 cheaper from LAX to FLL than MIA, is it worth the effort to fly in there? What is the best way to get from FLL to South Beach? Is there a shuttle bus to MIA where I could up with my friends who already have booked their flights? Is anyone else going to be traveling from FLL to South Beach and have an open seat so I dont have to get a solo taxi from the airport. Any advice info is welcome. Thanks guys! |

From what I understand there is a train that goes to MIA from FLL but it looked like it takes like 45 minutes.
The guys seemed like a reasonable shuttle service when I got a quote for FLL to South Beach.

| FLL is perfectly fine. Take the $20 shuttle to SOBE... takes 30-45 min. |

we fly to FLL from Detroit every year. Takes us 25 minutes to get to South Beach. We pay $20.00 for the shuttle to SOBE. Same situation when going back to FLL.
although, this year we've rented a car when we land. :) |
