trust me, I was in Amsterdam - there was plenty of drugs and booze, and I still had crazy pain in those shoes.
And it was all out in the open, so it was just dirt and spilled drinks. You'd have to go into the dark rooms to find some jiz on the floor.

Because the LL sucks. Why do people continue to book acts there? Is it because it is 18+?

that'd be my guess as well... i think the place is a dirt box and the 2 times i've been there it felt like i was back in high school

really? you should try Afterlife, that will give you a HS feeling way more than LL could ever live up to
gimmebeatz
could someone please explain to me how the LL brings in this insane talent and yet 90% of the time only charges $10-15 to get in?

i personally dont understand how its possible...i mean the club itself to begin with isnt that great and to have such awesome talent come thru and be so dirt cheap confuses the hell outta me...ive only been there about 5 times since im not from dallas, or even texas for that matter....just something ive always wondered

i mean $25 is more than reasonable..no problem at all payin that..but i remember back when carl cox came and it was like $10 for presales and around 15 at the door....carl cox, from what ive heard, is one of the most expensive djs to bring in on top of it....just curious

they supplement the door income with drug sales.

Outside investors help keep the rent paid while the club's income goes into drawing talent and keeping the door price down.

Of course, 30% of the take is probably going into a patent leather surgeon's bag and being handed off to a guy named Louie the Hammer somewhere down on Olive St. in the wee hours of the morning. . .:disbelief
