The scene in Event Horizon where Sam Neil is in a maintenence shaft type of place, and he suddenly turns around to see his wife there, all creepy looking. That gave me the bigtime shivers.
There may have been worse, but that jumped into my head first.
That whole movie was creepy.

It really blew me away, because i didn't expect anything when i watched it, one of the few space-related (semi)-horror movies i really liked :)

Can't get any good ones in my mind right now but just have to say that Hellraiser and Pinhead FTW!!
Although that Hellraiser IV sucked some major ass.. I still love the first three movies. All the others are just ok but still worth watching for Pinhead's scenes alone.
