| Hopefully Poland makes it to the second round and maybe to the finals, who knows. Yeah I heard bars are going to be open from 5 am to whatever cause of some games, like Poland, they are played at 6:30 am ET. |

Can't wait. I don't know how I'm going to juggle work with it though.
France are definitely the favourites.. Zidane has a niggling injury though that may not even let him be fit for the Champions' League final.
Something tells me that Argentina will choke. Batistuta has been sucking Montella's dick at Roma this year and Crespo has been playing like a sack of useless . If the Argies fail... you heard it here first.;)
Italy are quite the dark horse this year. No one has talked about them simply because people think they are crap. Baggio has been left out of the squad and I think that was a huge mistake. But keep in mind that Alex Del Piero is playing very well.. unlike last WC where he picked up that hamstring injury in the CL final... he's 100% fit and hungry. Oh yeah... their midfield is once again their problem.
My sentimental favourites have to be Japan and China. Can't beat the Asians!!! Hehe... Shinji Ono's going to open some eyes (yes all of our chinky and japanesey eyes too :p.. oh , this face, :p, has real chinese eyes too.. hehe), as he is one of the most underrated players in the world.

Sami Al-Jaber (think that's his name) is a player that can carry his team... got great feet that can dribble.

Rooting for Holland? they're not making the cup....
Rooting for Polska? are you on crack? They're 38th overall worst than Trinidad and Tobago(35th)... were in an easy group in the uefa qualification, plus they won't make it to the second round, the US(13th) is a much much better team.
Rooting for Croatia (23rd)? ok people they did an upset in 98 beating Germany but that was it...
How about Slovenia(28th), Saudi Arabia (34th) and China(51st)... bla bla bla... they won't do
The favourites in this cup are France(1st), Argentina(3rd), Portugal(5th) and Italy(6th) don't fool yourselves people.
My heart goes to Germany(12th) even tho they're not the same as they used to be... :sadgreen:

Ya man he is good :) the saudi team can play good they just need to play more out side of saudi arabia.

man you only care for the big teams give me a break. Holand is grate the US sucks dick they just started playing football a few years so they dont know for the game. France :conf: france who the are they. Germany,Italy,Argentina,Brazil are grate but still they are wearing out.
and last but not least saudia arabia is not a bad team I would rather see my country make it but they didnt and nor did any other arabic team, so you have to notic that they are good enough to make the world cup not like the in states paying off there way or some and geting players who are not event original american's to play the sport :S

But in this multiculutural society, there are Asians living in Canada :)
And it's true that Montella has been spanking Batigol's ass from the Stadio Olympico to the moon and back. Batigol may have been injured a lot this season but Montella was benched for the first 4 months as well. So it's equal.
Argentina surely will fare better than China, Japan, and Korea... they are expected to, at least.
