Hey maybe this will help. I started a thread a while back about healthy lifestyles, and there are TONS of discussions about workouts, eating habits, supplements, food/diets, diet pills, lifetsyle habits, effective workout strategies, motivation, you name it.........

I've heard good things bout this brand...haven't tried it for myself but apparently it's better quality than the ones found at GNC or other health food places.....I believe it's made by naturopaths...

Just get yourself a bottle of a multivitamin/mineral supplement like Jamieson, Centrum, or whatever you can afford. Don't buy into that overpriced supplement junk. You should try to get the majority of your nutrients from real food.
P.S GNC is a rip off. |

yeh, i looked at the ingredients list, and it looks solid, i'm sure its still overpriced to hell from the production cost, but i haven't seen anything that compares for cheaper. Although i'm sure i've missed many products, hence creating this thread. |

Centrum is alright but stay away from Jamieson....apparently their supplements aren't very good quality, nor are they well absorbed by the digestive system
(according to my nutrition prof in university anyways) |
