that was done by civilians who were paid by the military to fund it..
nobody in the military is bright enough to figure that stuff out..
last i checked i didnt see an MOS for splitting neutrons... |

Yes but a thermonuclear bomb is a military application. Not civilian. Thus making it a military accomplishment. |
