it was a really good set, certainly kept me moving for 4 hours
I don't know who I liked better, I'm leaning towards Digweed but Sasha dropped some bombs as well - not that I knew any of the songs besides a few - Slam - Azure (Radio Slave remix), Gregor Treshor - A Thousand Nights, Underworld and some really good mix of Mongoose.
And the closing track (not the encore) was incredible, anyone know it? wow. The last half hour also had that crazy Thom Yorke - Eraser remix. |

| oh yea Underworld - Born Slippy (Dark Train) was FTW... its one of my fav tracks of all-time. PROPS to Digweed for playing it, in all its old skool glory - that still sounds damn fresh, btw. |

| All the reviews I've gotten about the show are solid. Wish I could have made it but I couldn't shake this flu in time. Having to sell my tickets was no fun. :( |

I've seen Sasha a few times and Digweed a few times but this was the first time I saw them together. It was absolutely amazing and by far one of the best vibes I have ever felt at an EDM show. The f'in LED walls were the bomb and the sound was sick. I was glued to the middle of the dance floor for a few hours.
Highlights for me:
Slam - Azure (radio slave rmx) sasha's opening track
ID - ID his 2nd tune just flipping so sick and simple
Walsh & Coutre - Hello Kilo (they just finished the track earlier in the day and sent it to Diggers and he played it... huge!)
Underworld - Born Slippy (Dark Train)
Tune of the night:
Sasha - Mongoose (Id Remix) ... just ing massive and killed the dancefloor... epic. I have a 5 min vid i'll post later from my palm. |

Does anybody have an ID on that Pryda sounding track towards the end? It truly sounded like a Pryda track but I've never heard it before and it was NOT the "fabric test" one seen here: http://youtube.com/watch?v=lAFW2PsDGg8
Oh yes, and the vibe at the House of Blues was awesome. I thought the sound was quite good too, especially at the rear center of the dancefloor by the wall. The bass hit pretty hard there :cool:

If so, I'm immensely jealous :p
And I'd bet dollars to donuts the remix of "Mongoose" was Guy J's - easily my favorite of the remixes, it's a shame it doesn't sound like it's going to be released anytime soon. :( |
