| actually, i've found this forum fairly tame compared to others i've posted on. I agree that people shouldn't get on their high horses about trance... so you know something about trance that someone else doesn't.... yay for you.... it can get lame sometimes, but overall i'd say this is a "nice" community. |

When you are making your opinions open to so many people that don't know you personally, you should expect to be faced with some criticism.
Perhaps the people on this forum should be a little more tactful in their criticisms, but everyone is permitted to express their own vies in their own ways.

Talking about tastes in anything would be pretty dull and pointless if it didn't cause conflict. What's the use in a bunch of people sitting around spewing up platitudes when all they really want to say is "Are you ing kidding?"
I'm not endorsing random insults, but I don't see much wrong with flaming people who endorse stuff that you think is worthless . Would you have a problem if people started ting all over a Slipknot fan? |

Hey kr00t0n, don't worry :)
This board has a LOT of members from very different ages and cultures and therefore it's quite understandable that some people have some issues w/ eachother every now and then, right? :)
Not to mention the fact that some of the older members tend to get aggressive sooner cuz they have seen loads of relatively new members try to ruin the good atmosphere on this board and maybe they kee that in mind at all times (does that make sense??)
I also can be annoyed by how blunt ppl can be about musical taste...but just don't let it bother you and don't leave us! :) |

Oh yeah and ur far too bothered about being flamed if some1 wants to disagree then thats fine. I think the problem we have on here is the person being disagreed with usually gets all defensive and thats how the flaming starts.
