| Via also has special fares to Montreal. Works out a little cheaper than West Jet and the travel times are much better. Plus the train is about 1000x more relaxing. So if you don't get cheap flight to MTL today, no worries, you can always take the train. |

Flying is so much better than the train. I love the Porter service from the island. I can leave my home, and in an hour and a half later I can be in Ottawa or Montreal. That kicks ass. |

$96 taxes on a $24 flight! LOL!!! Funny thing is you can fly buffalo to new york city regular price for slightly more than that at regular fares including the $20 in taxes and fees. Yup, thats right. Just $20!!
Taxes and surcharges are way too high on Canadian flights! |

I think its gotta be pure economies of scale. Nothing else makes sense.

GST/HST: $26.10
