| i need 2 extra wii remotes for just a weekend, wondering how easy it'd be to return these if i had them for a few days? Just because they have to be returned in the original packaging and i think they're in those annoying impossible to open plastic sealed things. Has anyone had much trouble returning something in that kind of packaging, since it gets totalled upon opening? |

There shouldn't be a problem with the return.
If you return the remote, they can sell it as an open package... |

You can do it at Future Shop no problem, within 14 days of the purchase.
I bought an mp3 player and had to return it. I asked the girl at returns if I could return it again if I had the same problem, and she said "You can return it as many times as you like if it's within the 14 days".
So there you go.
edit: Their return policy is on the back of the receipt. |

Yeah, but if I were looking for another Wii controller, and I found one for 50% off in FS because someone played with it one weekend, I'd be very happy about the deal I got. |

No, being an is buying things with the intent to use them for a bit and then return them...
Whether it's computer equipment, clothes or whatnot - it certainly isn't very classy. |

you won't have a problem returning them. and for the 50% off thing? that won't happen - they'll go straight back to nintendo for testing and re-packaging. open box returns are on limited merchandise.
the nicer thing to do would be to rent them from ANY VIDEO STORE (<$10) for the weekend |
