Kind of an interesting thought experiment, I think, especially since some influential clubs like the Paradise Garage had "no alcohol" policies. |

| Of course it would be different. Just like if you removed drugs from the equation. It is what gives this scene a boost and a motivation for the majority of the people to go out. It's a party. And what's a party without booze?! |

Edit: I donno about 'Paradise Garage' you mentioned.. I have never been there.. but I would never go to any disc or club that have 'No Alcohol Policy'. |

Unfortunately you will never go there either. Read up about it though. It was a very influential club. I recommend reading Last Night A DJ Saved My Life by Bill Brewster and Frank Broughton if you want to read a lot about it.
