yes crossed Detroit/Windsor numerous times ;)

i thought i heard that it was in full effect but because i dont live close enough to drive, i cant argue too much. i can only go by what the site says. thanks for clearing that up! |

| ya well getting into Canada is not as much of a problem as long as you have a passport. getting back can be more serious.. maybe unless you are a US citizen, that I don't know :) |

Hmmm ok, the trip is officially booked...Toronto: March 13-16
Some of my time has been spoken for, but I'm definitely down to hang out with whoever, whenever.
As for the passport issue, I called the State Department today where a clerk assured me that driving across the border does not require a passport. Those restrictions have been pushed back to 2009. Obviously (apparently? ;) ) traveling with a passport is the smarter idea regardless.
Additional site recommendations are definitely appreciated. Aside from what Ben has mentioned (thank you, sir), I'd like to see a typical Toronto suburb and park. Thanks in advance :p |
