Most people on this site don't actually like any DJ's or any music they play. They are here to complain about things and stay home on the forum talking about how something was better so long ago than it is now.

It's about the party! Its not about making you personally happy!

welcome to hell :p

^^^^^ hahaha - to an extent that's a very true statement! :clown:

i guesss a lot of you guys really didn't go. All hating on G&D when you know they're awesome producers. Anyone know the encore song??

^^ yeah, unfortunately after their gig on 1/2006, i myself made the judgment call to never hit up a G&D show again. No doubt they are good producers, albeit a bit cheesy at times. Their being good djs though, well not sure if i can agree with that, but that is my opinion. Everyone has different tastes. In past shows their sets have been known to be inconsistent, some were ok, others had no flow.

but if they were really good this recent time, then great. :)

Totally agree with you. everyone is entitled to their own opinion but no one can deny that thei mixing was in spot on and every single song they played had insane energy behind it. and I really really want to find their encore song as well that was insane. for some reason i think its a remix of a rock song of some sort because the lyrics in the chorus were mad familiar.

I used to go to each and every G&D gig for several years now, but they've fallen off hugely in the past year and a half, I've been to two of their nights during that time and left both times early around 330AM and not with a smile on my face, they just weren't good at all, nothing more to say. I think the premature negative comments by the other members mirror my same opinion... There's only so many times you can give an act "another chance" until you just strictly don't like them anymore...

The only appealing thing about G&D's sets is that they're not as bad as James Lavelle's sets :nervous: :nervous: :nervous: :nervous:

You guys don't even know the story of G&D at space in 2005!

They were on for less than an hour. I think prob one of the few dj's in my clubbing history that emptied out Space and got kicked off!

They never got booked in miami till a few months ago @ Mansion.

I would have gone if it was free. Not going to waste money on them.
