Its kind of funny at the moment here, inflation rates are literally blowing through the roof, but the market is starting in a feeding frenzy. I've been going to auctions on the weekends for a looksie and watching people commit economic suicide on things they can't afford.
Going to give it a little longer before I make a move, need a little bit lower interest rates to make it worth my while, but eventually there's going to be a ton of buyers out who over-extended their lines of finance, cant afford the payments and will practically be begging on hands and knees for someone to take it off their hands... and I'll be there with my cheque book and I'll quite happily skin them alive.
Its going to be some good times soon.

Oh the advantages of being an ass man over boobs man. No matter how big their boobies are you can just stare them in the face thus giving them a false feeling that you respect them :P Gets more things done. And when they finally turn around...well there's your ass shot for you to admire and everybody is happy. |

Kirkland is where I was looking. Pictures made it seem a hundred feet from any other house. Then I looked at it via Google Maps and realized there was another house DIRECTLY in front of it, and an industrial park across the street. But... it exists!
