it wasnt that bad of a set....yea he played 50% commercial but i do recall every1 enjoying it and having a great time and thats all that really matters....not to mention hes got a big fan base here.....

I completely disagree with that, I think pvd and armin are some of the best djs in the world and are great in terms of longevity. Benassi is OK but not great, and his style sucks (no offense, just my opinion)!!

Benny B does what Guetta does...
They help the mainstream audience get into EDM. Plain and simple. If you're not a big fan then don't go!
PS. Benny B was never scheduled to play at Wonderland. It was Benassi Bros. Pres. Sandy...
and Sandy was there.

on a side note the crowd was bull especially these like skater kids with curly blond hair and tattoos on their stomachs...total ing "alpha dog" rip off kids...and benny was ing higher than a kite
that Kermit the frog smile on, geeking out everytime he's push the button to prompt a "whose your daddy" or "satisfaction" the crowd would react and he'd geek again...
I like Benassi his stuff is fun and to be honest has some great edits and remixes but you gotta take him for what he's worth. |
